4.5 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. phplus75 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant account balances after providing reasonable notice. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the dormancy period.
5.1 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses credited to your phplus75 account are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits applicable to each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.
5.2 Bonus Abuse. phplus75 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. 9.3 phplus75's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phplus75 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by phplus75's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable Philippine law.

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of phplus75 shall first be referred to phplus75 customer support for informal resolution. phplus75 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent phplus75 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
